Mary Kay Kelm is a partner in the law firm of Kilcoyne & Kelm, LLC. Ms. Kelm is a graduate of St. Joseph’s University, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania where she was awarded a Bachelor of Arts degree in politics. She earned her juris doctorate from the Villanova University School of Law where she served on the Law Review and represented the school in national moot court competition. She was admitted to the Pennsylvania and New Jersey bars in 1992.
With twenty-five years of legal experience, she concentrates her practice in civil litigation, including real estate and land use matters, both commercial and residential. Ms. Kelm also forms small businesses and provides ongoing counsel in corporate matters. She maintains a vigorous family law practice, litigating divorce, property distribution and support issues.
Ms. Kelm is Solicitor to the Montgomery Township Zoning Hearing Board, and currently serves as President of the St. Joseph’s University Law Alumni. She is also active in the Montgomery Bar Association.
